It is a rainy cool day here in mid-July. I welcome the cooler temperatures though, so much easier to sleep. My thoughts turn to all things wooly and no, I still love summer too. Here in Vancouver the grass is lush and green, and the explosions of flowers are so lovely. The air is so fresh and sweet! Living in a rain forest is fun. Hot days are rare here but last week in Vancouver was like a furnace, 32 degrees! Yowza! Many people do not know that apart from Vancouver city, much of this province, British Columbia, is desert. Lytton, a small town abount an 1 1/2 hours outside Vancouver typically registers around 40 degrees (around 110 degrees F.) in the summer. They have rattle snakes, and scrub brush and tumbleweeds! Not for me though, I love it in my rainy corner.
Many new pretty woolies are being constructed here at mod to modern headquarters. Old buddy K-Wo has kindly offered to take another turn at modelling the newest batch of sweaters. Her new bob cut makes it web debut!
So keep an eye on the site for all of the recycled beauties to make their web debut. Stay cool!
